Leaders/Supervisors can have a significant impact on your employees' engagement (and thus your organization's success) and be a huge liability risk if they are not trained properly. Leadership Coaching

We offer individual executive and leadership coaching to leaders who desire to improve their leadership skills and effectiveness. Program components can include regular one-on-one coaching sessions over a period of time, a 360-degree performance assessment, and a personality assessment.

Leadership/Supervisor Training

We conduct group training for your organization’s leaders/supervisors at your location or videoconference and on your schedule. The program is designed to provide your leaders with a foundation of the key leadership topics. It is customized for your organization.

We also offer a blended learning training program for individual leaders that consists of six on-demand training courses and three coaching sessions to reenforce learning.  The series includes a DISC behavioral assessment and assignments and self-evaluation of leadership competencies to personalize the learning experience. Topics include:
