We can serve as your HR department or work on your immediate HR needs on a part-time basis. The amount of time will be based on your needs and direction and may range anywhere from a few hours a month to several hours a week. We also get to know your employees and culture by regularly working with you and your staff. So, when a critical need arises (such as an employee performance or conduct issue), we can use our expertise and familiarity with your policies and culture to help you through it.

When we are not at your site, we are available via phone to provide you with prompt service for questions or needs.
